Entry Level Tree Climber - Job Description

6-month contract to hire role. 25-40  hours per week initially. Full time after provisional period. Hourly rate negotiable. Quarterly bonus based on revenue targets. Paid holidays. Company truck.  

Location – Charlotte, NC. Preferably in or near one of the following zip codes: 

28134, 28209, 28210, 28211, 28226 or 28278.

Basic job requirements:

1) Ability to pass a physical fitness test 

2) 1+ year experience full time work in landscaping, lawn care, construction, demolition, utility line clearance or a similar field.

3) An interest in learning all aspects of building a small business from the ground up 

4) Valid drivers license 

In this role you will do the following:

1) Learn the basics of climbing and rigging.

2) Operate a chainsaw and maintain small engines.   

3) Load woody debris and haul to dump site.
